13. Security and Confidentiality of Restricted Area and User IDs

This web site has a restricted access area in which certain clients of CAM and authorized employees of certain clients of CAM may view and otherwise use certain financial and other information applicable to those clients.  Access to this area requires a user identification and password (hereinafter together referred to as "User ID") that is provided to those clients and authorized employees by CAM.  The User IDs are provided for use exclusively by those clients and by authorized employees of clients.  User IDs may be changed periodically for reasons of enhanced security.  The User ID permits access only to the information that the holder of the User ID has the authority to view and otherwise use.

When a client or authorized employee accepts the User ID associated with them, they agree to protect the confidentiality and security of the User ID, the restricted area and its contents; that they will not share the User ID with any other person; that they will not configure their computer or work station to allow the User ID to be "remembered" and automatically entered when they attempt to access the restricted area; that they will not use their access to the restricted area to transmit false information or malicious code; that they will not access or attempt to access information that they are not authorized to view and otherwise use; and that such information will be communicated within the client organization only to properly authorized employees and agents.  CAM is not responsible for any breach of security caused by the failure to maintain the confidentiality of a User ID.

Each client and each authorized employee of a client agrees to notify CAM immediately in the event of loss or theft of any or all of a User ID associated with that client or authorized employee, or if they believe the confidentiality of any or all of such a User ID has been compromised in any way, or in the event that they learn about a possible or actual unauthorized use of such a User ID.

CAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate access by a client or an authorized employee of a client to the restricted area of the web site in its absolute discretion, at any time and without prior notice.  Each authorized employee of a client understands that, if CAM suspends or terminates that employee’s access to the restricted area of the web site, CAM will inform the client of this fact.

14. Choice of English Language
